Dear Journalists and Media Representatives
OC Kontiolahti kindly invites press agencies, newspapers, magazines, TV and radio broadcasters, internet reporters as well as free lance journalists and photographers to come to Kontiolahti and to report from e.on ruhrgas IBU World Cup Biathlon 27.11.-2.12.2007.
The Press Center is located in the Biathlon Stadium. In the Press Center, there are facilites for journalists and photographers. There are permanent commentator booths in the Biathlon Stadium with the best view over the stadium area. Press conferences will be held in the Press Center.
Accreditation for all entered media representatives will be provided in the Accreditation Office in Carelicum, Koskikatu 5, Joensuu.
We kindly ask you to send your entries via mail, fax or e-mail to the address mentioned in the Media accreditation form (F8) not later than the deadline on 15th November 2007. Please pay special attention to tick the boxes for required equipment.

Transportation from Joensuu to Kontiolahti Biathlon Stadium can be made by private vehicles (please tick the box for car pass reservation in Media accreditation form) as well as organiser's shuttle buses. Further instructions for transportation will be available in the Media information leaflet. Media information package will be available from the Accreditation office and Press Centre upon your arrival.
